In this role, you’ll coordinate crews, manage shift performance, and help drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead daily production activities to meet operating targets</li>\n <li>Assign crews and review schedules, order requirements, and shift priorities</li>\n <li>Ensure shift performance meets KPI expectations (safety, quality, environmental, efficiency)</li>\n <li>Serve as a safety role model and reinforce safe work practices</li>\n <li>Monitor raw stock availability and board quality</li>\n <li>Maintain high standards of product quality and production efficiency</li>\n <li>Build a strong, motivated team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/practical experience</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of paper mill operations experience (required)</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n <li>A proactive, goal‑driven mindset and willingness to learn</li>\n</ul>",
