We maintain a manageable caseload, averaging <strong>10-12 patients per day</strong>, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will work with a diverse population across <strong>orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, ACL rehabilitation, and sports medicine</strong>, providing an excellent variety and opportunities to grow your clinical expertise.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At NovaCare, we are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience and helping individuals return to athletics, work, and the activities they love. Our mentorship program includes <strong>hands-on, on-site training</strong>, along with access to <strong>year-long educational courses, structured development programs, and in-person skills labs</strong> designed to build confidence and expand your skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist in Maryland</li>\n <li>Interest in outpatient orthopedics required</li>\n <li>Previous outpatient experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We also encourage physical therapists who are interested in <strong>developing specialty programs or certifications</strong> to further enhance their practice and impact.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>40-hour work week comprised of eight-hour days, treating twice a week until 7 PM.
