Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively participates in project development from programming/conceptual design through construction administration.</li>\n <li>Prepares project construction documents.</li>\n <li>Communicates and coordinates with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members.</li>\n <li>Documents code review and compliance.</li>\n <li>Reviews shop drawings and project submittals for document compliance.</li>\n <li>Conducts site visits and assessments.</li>\n <li>Participates in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences.</li>\n <li>Develops design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Presents designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.</li>\n <li>Explores new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Architect in state of Texas or able to get through reciprocity.</li>\n <li>5-10 years of experience of community-based design.</li>\n <li>High energy, confident, and goal oriented.</li>\n <li>A passion for creative design.</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.</li>\n <li>Desire to continue developing and grow career and firm.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
