We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop the Pay-Out direction — from market research and go-to-market strategy to product delivery and commercial enablement. This is a high-ownership role modeled after our existing PM function: you will act as the connective tissue between market, product, and operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You Role:</span></p>\n<p><em>Product &amp; Development</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage the product backlog for Pay-Out: feature definition, prioritization, sprint management.</li>\n<li>Drive the full development cycle in collaboration with engineering and business analysts.</li>\n<li>Conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies for new segments and products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Commercial &amp; Market</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the sales team: collect feedback, translate it into product requirements, communicate updates back.</li>\n<li>Personally participate in sales conversations to gather first-hand market feedback (customer discovery)</li>\n<li>Build complete value chains for new segments — from technical infrastructure and legal/compliance setup to support processes and sales playbooks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Operations &amp; Finance</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the unit economics of the Pay-Out product.</li>\n<li>Ensure proper legal and financial operations for the direction.</li>\n<li>Track and manage P&amp;L, budgets, and sales funnels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in the payments industry with a focus on payout flows - disbursements, money remittance, payroll, or creator economy payouts.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with multiple payout channels: Visa/Mastercard push, alternative payment methods, cross-border payouts outside Europe.<br></li>\n<li>Experience working with payment providers: ability to navigate KYB, compliance requirements, and build long-term partnerships.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of unit economics, P&amp;L, and sales funnel management.</li>\n<li>Product methodology: Agile, backlog management, roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks.</li>\n<li>Practical experience applying AI tools in daily workflows (beyond basic ChatGPT usage).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with payroll platforms, creator economy products, or B2B mass payouts.</li>\n<li>Background in crypto or adjacent industries.</li>\n<li>Exposure to markets outside Europe (LATAM, SEA, MENA, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives.</li>\n<li>22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive health insurance plans.</li>\n<li>Maternity &amp; Paternity leave support.</li>\n<li>Extensive benefits program.</li>\n<li>Flexible work schedule and remote work options.</li>\n<li>Modern offices and co-working spaces across 6 countries.</li>\n<li>Working equipment.</li>\n<li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li>\n<li>Opportunity to shape the initiatives you’re working on.</li>\n<li>Diverse and friendly team.</li>\n<li>We are open-minded to new ideas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join Us!</span></p>\n<p>If you're driven to be a part of the Web3 forefront and are keen to leave your mark on this rapidly evolving field, Mercuryo is an excellent choice.
