This role is ideal for someone skilled in mass grading, finish work, and efficient site preparation.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements<br>•     5+ years of dozer operating experience<br>•     Able to operate dozers with GPS systems and without GPS<br>•     Strong background in mass grading, cuts/fills, and site balancing<br>•     Ability to read grade stakes, follow site plans, and work with survey/layout teams<br>•     Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work in all weather conditions<br>•     Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation<br>Job Duties<br>•     Perform mass grading, fine grading, and site prep<br>•     Operate dozers accurately with GPS or traditional grade stakes<br>•     Work closely with site supervisors and grading crews<br>•     Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues<br>•     Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards</p>",
