Apply today!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews nursing home medication pass process and provides feedback</li>\n <li>Performs Mar-Med Card audits, Med Records audits, Med Cart Audits, Med Room Audits, and 3-way audits in assigned facilities</li>\n <li>Performs new business start-up implementations when necessary</li>\n <li>Performs mock surveys</li>\n <li>Understands customer issues and challenges; quickly and effectively provides a plan for resolution</li>\n <li>Acts as a performance improvement resource for the pharmacy.</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains relationships with professional organizations and national/state agencies to enhance knowledge base relative to pharmaceutical therapies and education</li>\n <li>Performs other tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education/Learning Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) or National Certified Pharmacy Technician with minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC Pharmacy or Long-Term Care facility</li>\n <li>Desired: Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) or National Certified Pharmacy Technician with 2+ years of experience in LTC Pharmacy</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required:  1-year experience practicing in an LTC nursing facility or pharmacy</li>\n <li>Desired:  Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills/Knowledge:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Desired:  Knowledge of industry related federal/state regulations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Licenses/Certifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required:  Active LPN Licensure in the state of employment or National Pharmacy Technician Licensure</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Behavior Competencies:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required:  Intermediate computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office products</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Position requires 75% travel</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, delivers personalized pharmacy care through dedicated local teams, serving health care providers such as skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and hospitals.
