The Client Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the Equify Financial clients during the early phase of the account servicing lifecycle. This role managers inbound and outbound client communication across phone, email, and Regional Sales Manager referrals, coordinates with internal teams to resolve client requests, and supports accounts in the 0-30 day past-due window.
