Responsibilities • Manage customer projects from Pre-sales through installation and validation. This includes project planning, customer management, coordination of internal and external teams and resources, on-site installation management, system validation, etc• Work with customers to develop any project-specific technical documents as required• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget• Collaborate with peers to ensure resource availability and allocation• Develop detailed project plans to track and report progress• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques• Report and escalate to Management as needed• Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project management tools• Management of large capital equipment/construction/technology projects required • Perform risk management to minimize project risks Qualifications • Must have a strong comprehension of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals• Must have strong communication, presentation, and writing skills• Must be a hands-on project manager, willing to work in any role within the project as necessary• ISO 9000, ISO 13485 and FDA/CGMP experience a plus• PMP certification is desirable• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Project Education/Experience Bachelors Degree in a related field or comparable experience 5 plus Years’ experience in capital equipment development or construction project management About Hamilton Diverse portfolio of exciting and innovative design projects Tremendous opportunities for professional growth and advancement Commitment to sustainable design Competitive Compensation Excellent Benefit Package (medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation time, paid sick time, disability insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement and much more) Drug free workplace.
