    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Title:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> Rock N Water Ambassador </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Department: </span>Rock-N-Water<br>                                                 <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Status: </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Part-Time </span>5-10hr/week</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Reports to: </span>Camp Director<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">                                                         Start &amp; End Date: </span>8/1/2025</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Overview</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>The Rock N Water Ambassador role will work to further the mission of Rock N Water by connecting with and booking new churches, schools and other organizations in your specified region.  With this role you’ll actively seek and meet with potential groups face-to-face (or Facetime, Zoom, etc…) within a designated territory, building relationships, presenting camp options and closing sales.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Identify potential groups through networking and market research</li>\n<li>Schedule and conduct in person meetings with group leaders to discuss their needs and present custom camp solutions</li>\n<li>Manage sales process from lead generation to closing including follow up communication</li>\n<li>Track sales performance providing regular updates to Director</li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Additional Functions:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Attend marketing events from time to time as needed</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Major Competency Areas:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and on a team</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on excellence and time management</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Adaptability and resilience</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and personal integrity, in both public and private settings</li>\n</ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Experience working as an Adventure Guide for Rock N Water. 49er Fun experience is a plus.</li>\n</ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Valid California Driver’s License</li>\n</ol>",
