    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Albright College&nbsp;is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Women&rsquo;s Basketball Coach&nbsp;to support the daily operations of a competitive NCAA Division III program. This position works closely with the Head Coach and contributes to on-court instruction, player development, recruiting support, and overall program culture.</p><p>This position includes room and board as part of the compensation package.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with on-court coaching, including practices, drills, and game-day responsibilities</li><li>Support individual player development, including skill work and positional training</li><li>Assist in building a positive, accountable, and team-first culture</li><li>Aid in recruiting efforts, including communication with prospective student-athletes and occasional evaluations</li><li>Help coordinate recruiting visits and outreach</li><li>Assist with film breakdown and basic scouting preparation</li><li>Support game day operations&nbsp;(bench coaching, film, logistics)</li><li>Monitor and encourage student-athlete academic success</li><li>Assist with team operations, including practice setup and administrative tasks</li><li>Support summer camps and clinics&nbsp;as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required or currently pursuing one</li><li>Previous playing and/or coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate or high school level</li><li>Passion for teaching and developing student-athletes</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to build positive relationships&nbsp;with student-athletes and staff</li><li>Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed</li><li><p>High energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic</p></li><li><p>The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, high-energy coach&nbsp;who values accountability, takes pride in daily development, and is committed to building a positive and competitive team culture.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Time Commitment &amp; Expectations&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Part-time position with flexible hours based on the team&rsquo;s schedule</li><li>Increased time commitment during preseason and competitive season</li><li><p>Availability for practices, games, and key recruiting periods is expected</p></li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
