We operate primarily in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 roofers</li>\n<li>Review job plans, drawings, and existing conditions</li>\n<li>Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality work and on‑time completion</li>\n<li>Train, coach, and support crew members and subcontractors</li>\n<li>Maintain safety compliance (OSHA &amp; company standards)</li>\n<li>Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and well maintained</li>\n<li>Handle documentation: time sheets, reports, receiving tickets, toolbox talks</li>\n<li>Communicate with project managers and superintendents</li>\n<li>Interact professionally with customers</li>\n<li>Travel to job sites (up to 25% overnight)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of commercial roofing experience</li>\n<li>PVC &amp; TPO experience required</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR</li>\n<li>Ability to lift to 100lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights</li>\n<li>Comfortable working outdoors year-round</li>\n<li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 preferred</li>\n<li>Metal roofing/wall panel experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Pay and Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>$20–$26/hr starting pay (based on experience)</li>\n<li>Quarterly &amp; annual bonuses based on performance</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, vision insurance after 60 days</li>\n<li>Paid holidays + PTO (earned immediately)</li>\n<li>Per Diem for overnight jobs</li>\n<li>401(k) after 6 months</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer – Drug‑Free Workplace</em></p>",
