Anticipate macroeconomic and operational risks; translate uncertainty into actionable options for executive leadership. Act as a trusted advisor to the CSCO, providing independent insight, challenge, and perspective. Performance & Decision Analytics
Establish a rigorous performance management cadence with executive-ready KPIs and insights. Identify and drive structural cost, margin, and productivity opportunities across distribution, transportation, manufacturing, and inventory. Lead capital investment analysis and post-investment performance accountability. Financial Stewardship
Oversee Supply Chain P&L ownership, including forecast accuracy, monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis. Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance across all distribution centers, hubs, and manufacturing operations. Partner closely with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Audit to ensure alignment and transparency. Executive Communication & Influence
Develop and deliver concise, compelling financial narratives for the C-suite and Board Translate complex financial and operational issues into clear, plain-language recommendations. Serve as the senior financial interface between Supply Chain leadership and corporate partners. Leadership & Talent
Build and lead a high-performing Supply Chain finance organization with strong analytical and business partnership capabilities. Set a high bar for talent, rigor, and accountability; actively develop successors and future leaders. Lead change across systems, processes, and behaviors to modernize Supply Chain finance capabilities.
