    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 30px;\">Line Operator</span></p><hr><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br></p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Reporting directly to the shift supervisor, the Line Operator 1 will ensure continuous and effective bottle loading practices in the front and back of the line to ensure maximum operation and will provide additional operational line support as required.</p><hr><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><p><strong>Education, Credentials, Licenses:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED or earning within a designated period of time following date of hire.</li></ul><p><strong>Kind &amp; Length of Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>At least 2 years of continuous work history with 1 company required.</li><li>Mechanical/manufacturing experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to lift over 50 pounds</li><li>Frequently lift up to 40 lbs to work with equipment and product</li><li>Frequently perform repetitive reaching, grasping and lifting of product, materials and boxes weighing up to 40lbs</li><li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Frequently required to understand and follow verbal communication</li><li>Frequently required to provide clear written communication</li><li>Wear personal safety equipment as required</li><li>Utilize cognitive abilities to effectively communicate with internal customers to understand requests</li><li>Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception</li><li>Regularly use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls</li><li>Frequently stand, walk, squat, stoop, or kneel, reach above the head, bend or twist the neck and trunk.</li></ul><p><strong><u>PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND STANDARDS</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to effectively feed product and material to conveyors, hoppers, and other production line equipment</li><li>Inspect product for malfunctions or quality errors; report all to supervisory and/or management</li><li>Make minor adjustments to guide rails based upon product specifications</li><li>Ensure all bottling and packaging meets quality standards while packing product for shipment.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Perform light janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment</li><li>Effectively follow Quality Assurance procedures and documentation practices</li><li>Positively interact with co-workers in a manner that ensures good work flow and organization</li><li>Follow production schedule as required</li><li>Support efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care 14001 (RC14001)/Environment, Health, Safety, &amp; Sustainability (EHS&amp;S) management system</li><li>Conform with the EHS&amp;S Policy and the Cardinal Rules</li><li>Maintain a safe and secure workplace and meet environmental site requirements</li><li>Support the EHS&amp;S objectives and targets, and any specific action plans or management programs assigned</li><li>Understand the EHS&amp;S risks and impacts of the employee&rsquo;s job and functional area, including appropriate controls and procedures</li><li>Understand the EHS&amp;S impacts/consequence that could result if specified procedures are not followed</li><li>Report accidents and incidents to a supervisor or the EHS&amp;S department</li><li>Participate in required EHS&amp;S training</li><li>Other duties as requested. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide prompt communication about plant issues to QA, engineering and or maintenance teams to help drive continuous improvement. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service, Teamwork &amp; Code of Conduct:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a safe, legal, and environmentally protective operation&nbsp;</li><li>Listen to our customers, suppliers, and employees&nbsp;</li><li>Respond quickly to customer concerns&nbsp;</li><li>Follow set guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, and food safety requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain training on applicable procedures in quality, GMP, and food safety&nbsp;</li><li>Report any food safety, security, and / or quality issues to management or the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) team to initiate action</li><li>Provide flexible and innovative strategies to support new business opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Be cost effective in the utilization of our resources, thereby contributing to the profitability of Peter Cremer North America, LP and our customers&nbsp;</li><li>Strive for continued improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Willing and eagerness to learn</li><li>Maintain positive &ldquo;Can Do&rdquo; attitude.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer.
