These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Machine Operator</strong></p>\n<p>Alsip, IL</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting Pay Rate of <strong>$19.21/hour</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shift</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Days</strong>: 7am - 7pm</li>\n <li><strong>Nights</strong>: 7pm - 7am</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand and follow all safety procedures</li>\n <li>Setup and operate bag machine and support equipment to convert paper into bags</li>\n <li>Read and verify order sheets</li>\n <li>Understand print job requirements and quality issues</li>\n <li>Stacking and labeling finished good accordingly</li>\n <li>Changing, threading and stripping  rolls of paper throughout shift</li>\n <li>Complete daily production paperwork</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and clean work area</li>\n <li>Responsibility for food safety and GMP’s</li>\n <li>Perform job tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor that pertain to productivity and success within production</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>\n <li>Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen</li>\n <li>Ability to work 12 hour days</li>\n <li>Work overtime as needed</li>\n <li>Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management</li>\n <li>Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50-70lbs</li>\n <li>Bendng , twisting, stooping etc. throughout a 12 hr shift</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
