Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Personal Assistant in Atherton, CA to support a private family in both personal and household capacities. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and service-minded with a “no task too big or too small” mentality. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide real-time travel support and contingency planning Assist with packing, unpacking, and travel preparation as needed Maintain dynamic personal calendars, appointments, and scheduling logistics for the Principals Coordinate with the Chief of Staff, household staff, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations Handle personal errands, shopping, gifting, returns, and household-related tasks Assist with wardrobe organization, dry cleaning coordination, and household inventory Provide occasional support with pet care, including scheduling grooming and vet appointments Anticipate the needs of the Principals and provide proactive support Travel with the Principals as needed Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a personal or executive assistant role, preferably within a private household or UHNW environment Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Apple products, and digital calendar systems Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and passport-ready Comfortable with pets and able to assist with occasional physical tasks such as lifting luggage Flexible and responsive to last-minute changes and requests Schedule: 40 hours per week. Hybrid based between the family’s residence and remote work, with domestic and international travel required.  Compensation: Open, DOE
