By utilizing technology, we ensure that our merchants, shoppers, and customers receive faster and more efficient service every day.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Supervisor that will manage various operational tasks, coordinate activities related to drivers and support the logistics management in the required tasks.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Create shopper accounts and check shoppers’ documents in accordance with company procedures while insuring data validation and accuracy of information</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Shoppers Onboarding process and orientation<br>Monitoring assets movement</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Update shoppers’ data on quarterly basis and report any lack of information</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Check and report dormant and locked shoppers’ accounts including return of assets and wallet clearance</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform training sessions to shoppers on weekly basis</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform zone visit in coordination with the zone management in order to check shoppers’ appearance on ground and randomly meet drivers</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Support Logistics management in any upcoming tasks or projects that helps in the department’s benefit</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>1 year of experience in related field.</span></li>\n<li><span>B.S in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>A Positive mindset, fast learner, dynamic and able to work well under pressure.</span></li>\n<li><span>Versatile. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities<br>Strong organization and management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong MS Excel skills. Ability to analyze campaign performance and draw insights/conclusion</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong Organization and Time Management skill.</span></li>\n<li><span>Tech savvy, and is able to learn and use web tools.</span></li>\n</ul>",
