We partner with families facing significant stressors, including trauma, behavioral health challenges, and involvement with the child welfare system, to provide compassionate, evidence-based support that strengthens families and improves outcomes for children.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Parenting Therapist to join our Parenting Academy team. This position works closely with families involved with DCYF, including parents with open dependency cases, to provide intensive parenting support, therapeutic services, and evidence-based interventions designed to increase family stability and reduce the risk of out-of-home placement.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career clinician who is passionate about trauma-informed care, parent–child relationships, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a Parenting Therapist I, you will provide family-centered, strengths-based services that help caregivers build safer, healthier, and more connected relationships with their children.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will work directly with families involved in the child welfare system, often navigating complex challenges including trauma, mental health concerns, behavioral difficulties, substance use recovery, domestic violence, and reunification planning.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide evidence-based parenting interventions, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Family Preservation Services (FPS)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Triple P (Positive Parenting Program)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Incredible Years</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver parent coaching and therapeutic support in home, office, and community settings</span></li>\n<li>Manage an active caseload of families referred through DCYF, providing consistent, trauma-informed parenting and therapeutic support services</li>\n<li>Deliver services in alignment with grant and contract requirements while maintaining fidelity to evidence-based practice models and program standards</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward family goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support caregivers in building skills related to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Positive discipline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Emotional regulation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attachment and connection</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Child development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Behavior management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communication and co-regulation</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide dyadic and family-focused interventions that strengthen parent–child relationships</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with DCYF social workers, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Connect families with community resources and supportive services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain timely and accurate documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in ongoing supervision, consultation, and training in evidence-based practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
