Whether your long‑term goal is Project Management, Supervision, or another leadership path, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, strong technical foundations, and support along the way.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<h3>Project Planning & Coordination</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day‑to‑day project coordination and execution</li>\n <li>Help develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating work across subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams</li>\n <li>Participate in constructability reviews and site logistics planning to identify challenges early</li>\n <li>Serve as a communication link between the field, designers, owners, and internal teams</li>\n <li>Track progress, documentation, and coordination items using project management software</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Field Support, Quality & Safety</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with reviewing work to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and Danis quality standards</li>\n <li>Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for accuracy and completeness</li>\n <li>Support layout verification and on‑site coordination to resolve design or installation conflicts</li>\n <li>Participate in safety meetings, audits, and pre‑installation reviews</li>\n <li>Help track inspections, testing, and quality documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Cost & Documentation</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with identifying, documenting, and tracking scope and cost changes</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate project records, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, logs, and field reports</li>\n <li>Support purchase order and change documentation</li>\n <li>Participate in monthly project reviews and audits</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Collaboration & Relationships</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Build strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly and proactively to keep teams aligned and issues moving toward resolution</li>\n <li>Contribute to a jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and professionalism</li>\n <li>Represent Danis with integrity on‑site and within the industry</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred</li>\n <li>2–5 years of construction experience with a general contractor (internship or full‑time)</li>\n <li>Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills</li>\n <li>A proactive, team‑oriented mindset and interest in building a long‑term career</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Working Environment: </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>This role includes time spent in both the office and on active construction sites. Travel between regional offices may be required.
