We are a dynamic, people-focused business that thrives by delivering value to our customers, creating opportunities for our employees, and drawing on our expertise for sustainable solutions that balance economic, environmental and social goals.  We will apply our skills, knowledge and technologies to be the best forest management company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We foster and sustain a safe and respectful environment of diversity and inclusion where everyone can reach their full potential. If you’re looking for a workplace that values collaboration, innovation and having fun while making a meaningful impact, you’ll fit right in.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(109, 185, 86); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop software architecture and processing pipeline components for forestry LiDAR data, including systems built in Python, Rust, and JavaScript</li>\n<li>Lead the design of scalable, maintainable data processing workflows for large-volume point cloud and natural resource datasets</li>\n<li>Perform data analysis and develop statistical models for R&amp;D projects related to LiDAR point cloud processing and other natural resource datasets</li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging methodologies and advance the current state of the science in LiDAR-based natural resource assessments</li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation, authorship, and peer review of scientific and technical publications in remote sensing and related disciplines</li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards across the analytics and GTC teams</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with forestry specialists, data scientists, and project managers to integrate software solutions into operational workflows</li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on software development best practices and analytical methods</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(109, 185, 86); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU WILL NEED</span></p>\n<p>Forsite welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is looking for the right person to join our team.
