Description

FACULTY - DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY (DPT) PROGRAM The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) is currently accepting applications for a faculty position at the assistant, associate, or professor level.  This position is a 12-month appointment that will begin in the fall semester of 2026.  The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in cardiopulmonary and/or applied physiology, earned a post professional doctoral degree (PhD, DSc, ScD or EdD), and be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Utah. Applicants with a clinical doctorate, advanced clinical certification, and/or specialty certification will also be considered. Salary and rank are commensurate with academic qualifications and experience. Responsibilities include instruction of entry le vel DPT students in cardiopulmonary, applied physiology, and other areas of expertise with a focus on evidence-based practice; participate in scholarly activity; and be involved with departmental, university, professional and community service. Application reviews will begin immediately and continue until the position has been filled. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Expected Salary Range: $91,000 - $96,000 (salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.) Faculty collaborate closely with the Program Director to plan, coordinate, administer, and continuously improve all aspects of the DPT program.
