Our Premiums Assurance team uses innovative, scientific methods to help clients eliminate product characteristics that may lead to complaints, recalls, injuries, or fatalities.</p><p><strong>What Are We Looking For?</strong></p><p>The <strong>Project Manager, Food Contact Compliance </strong><span lang=\"EN-CA\">will oversee client-facing projects across RMA service lines, ensuring efficient execution, clear communication, and alignment with regulatory and technical requirements. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating internal teams, and delivering high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.</span></p><p><strong>&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, technical, compliance) to execute project deliverables effectively.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task tracking to ensure alignment with internal and client expectations.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing updates, clarifications, and status reporting.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all project deliverables, including reports and documentation.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain timelines and deliverable quality.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Maintain organized documentation and records to support project traceability and compliance requirements.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span>Support continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and workflows to enhance project efficiency and consistency.</span><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp; 2+ years’ experience in Food Contacts Regulatory Compliance or Packaging analytical testing&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp; Critically evaluate scientific information&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp; Familiar with toxicological endpoints and general process of risk assessment</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp; Strong writing&nbsp;and communications skills&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp;Ability to handle many&nbsp;different tasks simultaneously</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp; Familiarity with software packages</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp; Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp;Ability to process information, follow directions</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">&nbsp;Create/edit reports with guidance</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Science degree (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry or related field)&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Why work at Intertek?</strong></p><p>Intertek is a world leader in the $250 billion Quality Assurance market, with a proven, high-quality business model and a global network of customer-focused operations and highly engaged subject matter experts.
