Responsible for the overall commercial lending efforts of the credit union including, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruiting potential clients and building this segment of business.</li>\n <li>Developing and implementing competitive loan products and depository products.</li>\n <li>Training financial center staff in all manner of business lending.</li>\n <li>The origination, processing, presentation, closing and tracking of business loan applications and closed loans.</li>\n <li>Ensures product and portfolio compliance with NCUA and other applicable laws and regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This position will cover the Greater Tampa Bay area.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited university is preferred.  </li>\n <li>Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years commercial loan and business service skills required, or one (1) year of commercial lending experience within the credit union required. </li>\n <li>Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  </li>\n <li>Must have good analytical skills.  </li>\n <li>Must have thorough knowledge of the current software systems or experience on related systems.  </li>\n <li>Must have thorough knowledge of all laws related to commercial lending as well as laws and regulations that govern the operation of Federal Credit Unions.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.</li>\n <li>Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.</li>\n <li>Must be able to hear and use a telephone. </li>\n <li>Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remote and report to Grow Headquarters and/or retail locations.</li>\n <li>Local travel to retail stores, existing, and prospect member accounts about 50% of the week.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply Online Now!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>​​An Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Females/Veteran/Disabled</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
