The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and developing integrations from scratch using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs. This role demands strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)</li>\n<li>Develop custom integrations to connect Workday with internal systems and third-party applications</li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability</li>\n<li>Document integration architecture, technical specifications, and support procedures</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards</li>\n<li>Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement of existing integrations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Workday Integration Certification</span> is mandatory</li>\n<li>Proven expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HRIS systems and data structures</li>\n<li>Experience with XML, XSLT, and web service protocols</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li>\n<li>Prior Implementation experience is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
