You’ll be instrumental in helping us build a call center that reflects our core values: Service, Integrity, and Excellence.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers</li>\n <li>Scheduling service appointments accurately and efficiently</li>\n <li>Demonstrating empathy and professionalism with every interaction</li>\n <li>Educating customers on our services, including membership plans</li>\n <li>Making outbound calls to support appointment setting and customer follow-up</li>\n <li>Meeting performance goals around call quality, bookings, and customer satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’ll provide thorough training and coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.
