This position will require you to perform Seismic Risk Assessment (SRA)/Probable Maximum Loss (PML) and Property Condition Assessment (PCA) field observations of various property types, including industrial, commercial, and residential properties. You will perform independent research of local and state resources, interview persons familiar with the property, and conduct historical research to compile the information required for PML and PCA reports in accordance with ASTM standards and client specific scopes of work, including Housing and Urban Development (HUD).",
