This role ensures all shipments are received, inspected, recorded, packaged, and shipped according to dealership and manufacturer standards. The Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate supports inventory accuracy, maintains an organized warehouse environment, and plays a key role in supporting both customer orders and internal service department needs.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive incoming OEM parts shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Accurately log incoming parts into the dealership management system (DMS).</li>\n <li>Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders according to dealership and carrier requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure all parts are labeled correctly and routed to appropriate bin locations or staging areas.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving zone and warehouse area.</li>\n <li>Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities as needed.</li>\n <li>Work closely with parts counter staff, drivers, and service personnel to support efficient parts flow.</li>\n <li>Handle returns, core processing, and warranty parts following OEM guidelines.</li>\n <li>Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if required).</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned by leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or automotive parts preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, physical environment.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills: experience with a dealership management system is an asset.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and move parts and boxes (typically up to 50 lbs.)</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or automotive fields is an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>INDCNP</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>CAD $40,000.00 - CAD $50,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2>Disclosures</h2>\n<p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
