      "content": "<li>Lead a team of engineering talent providing software development support to IC missions.</li><li>Manage small to mid-sized proposal volumes through the lifecycle and execute requirements within contract schedule and cost constraints.</li><li>Perform high-level requirements analysis and develop schedules with milestones.</li><li>Collaborate with&nbsp;program&nbsp;control teams to develop costing models against requirements.</li><li>Build relationships with new customers and stakeholders to demonstrate confidence in ClearEdge capabilities.</li><li>Build and manage high-performing prime and subcontract teams.</li><li>Work with technical leadership to identify opportunities for white papers and capability demonstrations.</li><li>Communicate daily with ClearEdge corporate leadership to secure resources and support&nbsp;program&nbsp;execution.</li>"

      "text": "Must Haves:",
      "content": "<li>TS/SCI with polygraph clearance</li><li>Ten (10) years’ experience as a&nbsp;program&nbsp;or project manager in managing large-scale, technically complex&nbsp;programs&nbsp;and contracts.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule, and financial data monitoring and reporting.</li><li>At least one (1) year of experience managing and controlling funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management.</li><li>Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.</li><li>Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts, including multi-vendor environments.</li><li>PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 certification in&nbsp;Program&nbsp;Management.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with customers, manage personnel on contract, and facilitate coordination of tasks across ClearEdge and partner employees.</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;program&nbsp;analysis and delivering accurate&nbsp;program&nbsp;insights to leadership.</li>"
