In addition to the three major modules, our Team Members assemble front and rear bumpers in a just-in-sequence manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of working at Hyundai MOBIS GA Plant </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance: BCBS of AL\n  <ul>\n   <li>Less than $182.70/month for family coverage</li>\n   <li>Less than $73.44/month for single coverage</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>100% company paid employee life insurance & short/long term disability</li>\n <li>15 paid company holidays</li>\n <li>401K w/ match</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Team wear, safety shoes, prescription safety glasses provided</li>\n <li>Eligible for discretionary bonus annually</li>\n <li>Years of Service Awards, Employee Assistance Program, frequent employee appreciation events & more.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Role</strong> - Supports the Production Team through managing and training subordinates, overseeing production documentation and managing employee personnel.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with administrative, communication, safety and training needs and requirements. </li>\n <li>Ensure production lines are staffed and operable. </li>\n <li>Ensure T+D and adherence to work instructions and quality standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure all Team Member’s timekeeping information such as time sheets, vacation time, personal time and absenteeism is correctly entered into SAP. </li>\n <li>Ensure that all quality, safety, and personnel concerns are addressed and those responsible are held accountable. </li>\n <li>Acquire FTTQ information hourly and push items back to the associated Team Leader for correction. </li>\n <li>Ensure that offline rework is repaired and documented in an efficient and timely manner in order to deliver product to KMMG on time. </li>\n <li>Verify Team Leaders have completed and submitted all daily reports and documentation requirements on P2 boards and validate the data entered. </li>\n <li>Ensure that all Team Members are in compliance with PPE and dress code policies. </li>\n <li>Develop team members through training, counseling, and performance review so that they perform work tasks to standard.</li>\n <li>Enforce and practice 5S in all assigned work areas.
