    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Check vehicles to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in proper working order.</li><li>Inventory and inspect goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions.</li><li>Deliver raw materials to manufacturing plant from distribution center as required.</li><li>Load and unload trucks, or assist others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles and using other equipment as necessary.</li><li>Drop and hook multiple times throughout the day, rotating completed product to distribution center.</li><li>Operate forklift to assist in staging and loading outbound shipments as needed.</li><li>Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.</li><li>Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered good and collect payment for services when required.</li><li>Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.</li><li>Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and check that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.</li><li>Secure cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers.</li><li>Read bill of lading to determine assignment details.</li><li>Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to vehicles.</li><li>Couple or uncouple trailers by changing trailer jack positions, connecting or disconnecting air or electrical lines, or manipulating fifth-wheel locks.</li><li>Operate equipment such as truck cab computers, CB radios, and telephones, to exchange necessary information with bases, supervisors, or other drivers.</li><li>Check conditions of trailers after contents have been unloaded to ensure that there has been no damage.</li><li>Crank trailer landing gear up or down to safely secure vehicles.</li><li>Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid, or performing minor repairs.</li><li>Remove debris from loaded trailers.</li><li>Perform additional duties as required.</li><li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent</li><li>CDL Driver&#39;s License</li><li>Previous truck driving experience preferred</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot causes of operating errors and to determine how to resolve said errors</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish preferred</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
