Working closely with the Group Head of Public Affairs (based in Paris), you’ll help shape and execute a targeted public affairs roadmap that supports our expansion and strengthens our voice across Europe.</p>\n<p>You’ll be our ambassador to public institutions, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders, ensuring Data4’s interests are represented on strategic topics like energy, sustainability, AI, and digital infrastructure.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and institutional actors at local &amp; national levels.</li>\n<li>Support development teams by crafting tailored engagement strategies to unlock new site opportunities.</li>\n<li>Monitor EU and local regulations across our operating countries to anticipate changes and inform internal stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Lead awareness campaigns to ensure digital infrastructure needs are reflected in public policy.</li>\n<li>Define Data4’s stance on key issues, balancing opportunity, risk, and impact.</li>\n<li>Promote Data4 as a sustainable territorial developer by producing impact studies for each country.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Press Relations team to create high-value content and white papers on strategic topics.</li>\n<li>Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and materials for meetings with public authorities.</li>\n<li>Represent Data4 in trade associations, working groups, structures supporting businesses (eg Chamber of Commerce)</li>\n<li>Organize and support events targeting public sector stakeholders both locally and internationally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">H&amp;S:</span> Respect and enforce health and safety rules.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Environment:</span> Respect and enforce environmental policies.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Information security:</span> Respect and enforce information security policies</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Energy: </span>Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Political Science, Law, Public Administration, or related fields.</li>\n<li>5–7 years of experience in Spanish public affairs, both public and private sector, ideally in digital infrastructure or economic development, with international exposure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical skills </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep and complete understanding of Spanish institutional frameworks and legislative processes</li>\n<li>Knowledge of institutional frameworks and legislative processes in Italy and/or Greece is a plus.</li>\n<li>Full professional proficiency of English and Spanish language.</li>\n<li>Fluent in French or Italian is a bonus.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and interest in the digital sector, including key challenges, major economic stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and public policy frameworks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacity to lead initiatives independently, especially in Spain.</li>\n<li>Capacity to identify key stakeholders and building awareness.</li>\n<li>Comfortable engaging with public authorities, industry associations, and internal stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset</li>\n<li>Technically curious</li>\n<li>Capacity to build relationships with other companies and associations</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and writing skills.</li>\n<li>Diplomatic, organized, and analytically sharp.</li>\n<li>Committed to confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> Why Join Us?</span></span></p>\n<p>At Data4, you’ll be part of a visionary team shaping the future of digital infrastructure.
