    "description": "<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<p>We are looking for an <strong>ERP Systems Administrator</strong> who will be the primary technical expert responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of <strong>Deltek Vantagepoint</strong><strong>.</strong> This role focuses on the back-end functionality of the ERP system, including database administration, SQL development, report creation, system upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting. Reporting to the <strong>Financial Systems Director</strong><strong>,</strong> this position ensures the ERP environment is stable, secure, and optimized for business operations. The Systems Administrator partners closely with business analysts, IT, and vendor support to ensure reliable and efficient system performance. This role is hybrid in any SCS office in the Pacific or Mountain time zone. </p>\n<h2>How you can make an impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as co-administrator of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system</li>\n <li>Configure, monitor, and maintain ERP environments, including production, test, and disaster recovery environments</li>\n <li>Provide technical support for upgrades, patches, failover testing, and system configuration</li>\n <li>Escalate issues appropriately to vendors and internal leadership for resolution</li>\n <li>Write and manage <strong>T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts</strong> to support reporting, integrations, and data validation</li>\n <li>Maintain database health, performance tuning, and scheduling of SQL Server Agent jobs</li>\n <li>Perform ongoing data audits and develop procedures to ensure data integrity</li>\n <li>Design, maintain, and troubleshoot <strong>SSRS reports</strong> for internal departments</li>\n <li>Support ad hoc and recurring reporting requests from Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and other departments</li>\n <li>Assist with business intelligence tools such as <strong>Power BI</strong> as needed</li>\n <li>Administer and maintain user access roles and permissions according to internal controls and compliance protocols</li>\n <li>Ensure data security and proper handling of sensitive information across the ERP system</li>\n <li>Document system processes, customizations, and configurations</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure ERP functionality supports evolving business needs</li>\n <li>Establish effective working relationships with vendors, consultants, and team members to resolve system issues and implement enhancements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Computer Science</strong><strong>, </strong><strong>Information Systems</strong><strong>, </strong><strong>Business Analytics</strong><strong>, </strong>or a related field required</li>\n <li>Minimum <strong>8 years</strong> of experience working with ERP systems required (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint preferred)</li>\n <li>Minimum <strong>4 years</strong> of hands-on ERP systems administration experience required</li>\n <li>Proven experience with <strong>T-SQL</strong> and <strong>SQL Server Management Studio </strong>required</li>\n <li>Experience in <strong>SQL Server database administration</strong> and performance tuning required</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>SSRS report development </strong>required</li>\n <li>Power BI or other business intelligence platform experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage complex technical tasks and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and strong documentation practices</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to data quality, system uptime, and user satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>Please note that our pay ranges are determined by several factors, including relevant experience, internal pay equity, and location.
