The successful candidate will focus on furthering the investment pipeline through developing and maintaining investor and sell-side analyst relationships.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Director will serve as a resource to the leadership team to ensure effective and convincing communication and storyboarding is relayed to investors and key stakeholders. This role will develop and implement an investor relations strategic plan and will serve as the principle point of contact for investors and sell-side analysts. The ideal candidate must thrive and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative, and changing environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Educate and update investors on product pipeline, uniqueness of product offerings, and long-term value propositions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with senior management to create investment messaging integrated and consistent with strategic goals of the company</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead strategy for investor meetings including scripts and memos of frequently asked questions and answers&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure the company&#39;s strategy, capabilities, financial results, and expectations are well communicated</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare timely and insightful analysis of the company&rsquo;s businesses, markets, competition, and financial performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct on-going analysis to support proactive investor targeting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build strong internal networks to prepare press releases and Investor Relations slides&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with the CFO to understand and communicate information surrounding the annual report and quarterly financial results&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Remain current on economic, geo-political, regulatory, industry, and stock market outlooks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide benchmarking of company performance with peer group companies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep senior management informed about events within the market and industry</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage the Company&rsquo;s investor marketing calendar and participate in investor events</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide senior management with feedback and recommendations related to investor discussion&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in life sciences, chemistry, or related area is required;
