    "description": "<h2>Opportunity</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Senior Systems Engineer</strong> to support our <strong>Huntsville, AL</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead integration of Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control Capability into the various foreign military systems to include testing and analysis of JTMC-B data across multiple Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Missile Defense Agency and Air Force composite track network systems.</li>\n <li>Support planning and execution of Joint hardware-in-the-loop / software-in-the-loop ground tests, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) events, flight tests, exercises, and demonstrations </li>\n <li>Coordinate, develop and refine technical requirements necessary to develop Operational and Systems Architectures </li>\n <li>Providing technical guidance and support for ongoing Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control efforts </li>\n <li>Build Long-term relationships with new and existing customers </li>\n <li>Brief technical requirements and architectures to high-ranking Service and MDA stakeholders in support of DCX Director and Deputy Director</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 20 years related systems engineering experience, preferably with Integrated Air and Missile Defense related systems or the Missile Defense System</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test incorporating complex threat scenarios</li>\n <li>Hands on experience in testing and integration</li>\n <li>Experience supporting/writing technical reviews, risk assessments, and capability portfolio synchronization events</li>\n <li>Proven problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 20-25% of the time</li>\n <li>Eligible to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance</li>\n <li>Educational Background: BS with a minimum of 20 years of experience.</li>\n <li>Must be US Citizen</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>MS Office</li>\n <li>Knowledge of MDA’s Missile Defense System and associated components</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><em>People First.
