Working for the Admissions department you will ensure that the guests have an amazing start to their day by assisting Guests in purchasing parking, one day tickets, or season passes, validating tickets that are presented by the Guests at our Front Gate, and at our Toll Plaza, as well as Processing Season Passes. You will also handle first line Guest concerns for tickets that do not validate as expected.</p>\n<p>Pay rate: <strong>$16.00/Hour</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greeting guests as they enter and leave the park.</li>\n <li>Selling, upgrading and scanning parking.</li>\n <li>Directing traffic to where they need to go.</li>\n <li>Selling and upgrading tickets and passes.</li>\n <li>Scanning passes and tickets.</li>\n <li>Checking tickets and passes for accuracy.</li>\n <li>Processing season passes.</li>\n <li>Distributing promotional flyers.</li>\n <li>Assisting guests with questions about the park.</li>\n <li>Upselling passes and certain rides/areas throughout the park.</li>\n <li>Instructing guests on how to use our park specific App on their mobile device.</li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 14 years or older. (subject to change at any time)</li>\n <li>Basic computer literacy.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and understand English.</li>\n <li>Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>",
