font-size: 10pt\">Effectuer le suivi et la traçabilité des expéditions afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe interne afin d’assurer la satisfaction des clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Répondre aux demandes des clients avec rapidité et efficacité.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assurer la liaison avec les transporteurs afin de résoudre les problèmes logistiques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Préparer et fournir des rapports quotidiens de suivi, au besoin.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Mettre à jour les informations de statut en temps opportun; documenter la performance du service et le suivi des équipements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communiquer de façon proactive les problèmes à l’équipe.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Résoudre avec assurance les problèmes tels que les ramassages manqués, les retards de livraison, les marchandises endommagées ou les erreurs de facturation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Vérifier l’exactitude des tarifs des comptes fournisseurs (AP) et comptes clients (AR) dans les chargements et gérer les exceptions liées à ce processus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
