Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>Relocation Assistance Available \n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive participation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention across dining, catering, retail, and meal plan programs</li>\n <li>Lead customer insight initiatives through surveys, focus groups, digital engagement, and data analysis to better understand student needs and improve the customer experience</li>\n <li>Manage internal and external communications across websites, social media, marketing campaigns, innovation sharing, and best-practice storytelling</li>\n <li>Build collaborative relationships with campus partners, student groups, dining leadership, and community stakeholders to support engagement and joint initiatives</li>\n <li>Plan and execute promotions, events, sampling activities, and campus-wide campaigns that increase awareness and enrich the student dining experience</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong on-site presence to promote programs, enhance brand visibility, and serve as a key marketing contact on campus</li>\n <li>Provide hands-on creative support including event set-up, signage, food photography, and marketing materials development</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain standardized marketing calendars, promotional plans, and eCommerce initiatives that are easy for teams to execute and support business goals</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
