As we scale globally, we’re hiring Sales Managers focused on outbound, pipeline generation, and closing global high-value deals . The Role You will own outbound efforts in your region - prospecting, opening conversations, and converting opportunities into  paid partnerships and sponsorships . We’re looking for professionals that are proactive, structured, and accountable for hitting their number. What You’ll Do Own and hit revenue targets Deliver consistent monthly and quarterly sales performance. Drive outbound at scale Use cold email, LinkedIn, and calls to build pipeline across MedTech, HealthTech, and healthcare stakeholders. Close deals end-to-end From first contact to negotiation and signed agreement. Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot Keep deals clean, updated, and moving through stages with clear next steps. Use outreach and data tools Identify prospects, run sequences, and track performance across channels. Follow up relentlessly Maintain deal momentum - no stalled conversations. Represent MedTech World in-market Attend events and meetings to generate leads and accelerate closures. What You Bring Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong closing track record High confidence in cold outreach and self-generated pipeline Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems Familiarity with outreach and prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing platforms) Ability to handle objections and close senior stakeholders Strong discipline in pipeline management and follow-ups Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance tracking Experience in sponsorship, events or media sales is a strong advantage.
