    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>This posting is for Pumpdown Operator 2 &amp; Pumping Specialist roles based out of Lemont Furnace, PA for work supporting the entire Tri-State region of PA, OH, &amp; WV&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Detailed Description:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Assist the Pumping Specialist, Sr. in developing operating procedures and ensuring job safety.</span></li><li><span>Aid in the execution of pumping operations.</span></li><li><span>Interact with customers and third-party personnel as directed.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate rig-up and rig-down activities under guidance from the Pumping Specialist, Sr.</span></li><li><span>Comply with company SOPs and make necessary adjustments as job scope changes.</span></li><li><span>Provide input for employee performance feedback and recommendations to management.</span></li><li><span>Help prepare job reports for customers and management.</span></li><li><span>Communicate with maintenance personnel regarding equipment status to minimize downtime.</span></li><li><span>Assist in supervising crew members.</span></li><li><span>Handle field ticketing and bonus sheets.</span></li><li><span>Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites.</span></li><li><span>Perform all duties in compliance with customer and company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.</span></li><li><span>Actively participate in safety meetings, identifying and addressing risks and hazards.</span></li><li><span>Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.</span></li><li><span>Utilize competency processes to enhance job performance.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span><br><span><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Knowledge of pump operations.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with DOT rules and regulations.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of the Journey Management process.</span></li><li><span>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of company SOPs.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of field ticketing processes and procedures.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of company policies, quality and HSE standards, and departmental guidelines.</span></li><li><span>Ability to coach, mentor, and supervise crew members.</span></li><li><span>Ability to operate commercial vehicles.</span></li><li><span>Strong customer service skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to conduct pre- and post-job safety meetings.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency with data acquisition systems.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Language Comprehension:</strong></span><br><span>Must understand and speak English at a level allowing issuance, receipt, and response to safety and operations-related directions.</span></p><p><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span><strong>Education:</strong> High School Diploma or GED, or applicable experience required.</span></li><li><span><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 1 year of oilfield experience required.</span></li><li><span><strong>Licenses and Certifications:</strong> Must have a valid CDL A driver’s license with proper endorsements for the type of vehicle operated, issued by the state of residence.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Additional Details:</strong></span><br><span>Skills are typically acquired by completion of the required competency process.
