This role requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with other departments and Associates to complete signage projects efficiently. The candidate should be comfortable working in confined spaces when necessary and demonstrate attention to detail in both design and installation. A willingness to learn from experienced signage specialists and continuously develop technical and creative skills is essential for success in this position.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>Essential Functions</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Job duties include, although are not limited to:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Review emails daily to identify new projects and schedule signage consultations and layout planning.</li><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Order specialized signage materials and supplies as needed while monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.</li><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Follows detailed instruction of approval process, time schedule, clean organization?</li><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Maintain and operate signage equipment, ensuring tools and machines are in proper working condition.</li><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Prioritize signage projects to meet deadlines and support operational needs.</li><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Collaborate closely with the Convention Services team to coordinate and produce signage for group events, maintaining regular communication with convention managers.</li><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Partner with Property Operations to design and produce signage in-house to support property needs.</li><li style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Expedite signage projects when necessary to meet urgent deadlines and operational needs.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>Internal Relationships</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Reports to Property Operations Sign Artist. Works closely with all departments regarding any and all signage needs.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>External Relationships</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style='font-size: 18px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Has regular contact with outside vendors when the work is beyond capabilities, such as oversized signage that need to be laminated, metal signage, individual cut letters, illuminated letters or signs needed in a faster turnaround than what can be provided inhouse. Works commonly with external operational vendors ISG Graphics, Identity Group, Sign Partners.
