    "description": "<p>Superior Environmental Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Estimator to oversee environmental and selective demolition projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for estimating, project management, client communication, operational oversight, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Estimating &amp; Business Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.</li>\n<li>Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.</li>\n<li>Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and budgetary pricing.</li>\n<li>Solicit and pursue new business opportunities.</li>\n<li>Assist with contract review and project setup.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage projects from inception through completion.</li>\n<li>Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and scheduling.</li>\n<li>Monitor project budgets and profitability.</li>\n<li>Prepare and manage project documentation, change orders, submittals, and progress billings.</li>\n<li>Communicate project updates, delays, and scope changes to clients and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Attend project meetings as required.</li>\n<li>Visit project sites to monitor progress and address client concerns.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations &amp; Field Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Field Supervisors to ensure company best practices, safety standards, and quality expectations are met.</li>\n<li>Oversee daily operational activities related to environmental and demolition projects.</li>\n<li>Ensure projects comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.</li>\n<li>Assist with local licensing and regulatory compliance requirements.</li>\n<li>Prepare asbestos abatement work plans and support environmental compliance efforts.</li>\n<li>Procure and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Administrative Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and support field and office personnel as needed.</li>\n<li>Assist with developing and implementing company procedures and protocols.</li>\n<li>Review weekly payroll and support work-in-progress reporting.</li>\n<li>Help oversee accounts receivable and project billing processes.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior management to improve operational efficiency and business performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, selective demolition, or related construction fields preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong estimating and project management experience.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards, and construction practices.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Certifications (Not Required)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>MA Asbestos Supervisor License</li>\n<li>OSHA 30</li>\n<li>DOT Certification</li>\n<li>Lead Supervisor License</li>\n<li>Other environmental or safety-related certifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary based on experience</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n<li>Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)</li>\n<li>Professional development and licensing support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Superior Environmental Services</span></p>\n<p>Superior Environmental Services specializes in environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, selective demolition, and related environmental services throughout New England.
