These duties will include but are not limited to overseeing and monitoring the documentation of patient behavior, acting as a role model for the patients and residential staff, providing supervision for the patients and residential staff during activities of daily living, ensuring that all residential staff are responsible for patient safety, reinforcing individual treatment plans of each patient and upholding the Moody Neuropolicies. In addition, the Therapeutic Assistant - Shift Leader will ensure treatment plans for each patient and monitor the implementation of individual treatment plans for each client and monitor documentation done by the residential staff to assure that proper evening and weekend communication is maintained.
