      "content": "<li><br></li><div><u>Key responsibilities include:</u></div><li>Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (Absorb), including course setup, user management, reporting, troubleshooting, and providing technical support and guidance to employees and managers.&nbsp;</li><li>Integrate training tools and platforms (e.g., Procore) to streamline learning processes and ensure accurate data flow.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct system-driven training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and user engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content uploaded to the LMS.&nbsp;</li><li>Design, develop, and manage multimedia learning content to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay current with training technology trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience, reporting capabilities, and system performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain data integrity across all training systems.</li><li>Complete other duties consistent with your role as assigned by management.</li><div><br></div><div><u>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</u></div><li>Strong technical proficiency in LMS administration and related tools.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting system issues.</li><li>Customer service orientation with ability to support diverse user groups.</li><li>Exceptional communication and listening skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.</li><li>Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.</li><li>Open to travel as needed.</li><div><br></div><div><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></div><div><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></div><li>Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Construction Management, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience administering Learning Management Systems (Absorb strongly preferred).</li><li>Experience creating and delivering training content in various formats.</li><li>Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Procore preferred.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CPTM, CPTD, or equivalent a plus.</li><div><br></div><div><u><b>Physical Requirements</b></u></div><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</li><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
