Recommending HVAC systems or upgrades, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork improvements. Providing quotes and explaining financing options. Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager. Answer customer questions, guiding them through the decision-making process to purchase systems or services, and informing of any pertinent information about their equipment. Ensuring customer satisfaction after installation and offering maintenance plans. Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner. Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting. What YOU will bring: Prior industry experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Physical Demands: Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods Apply Today!
