We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Coordinator to grow our community of global families that change the world through the au pair program.</p><p>Our cultural exchange program builds global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.</p><p>You will join our passionate team in Bogotá, reporting to the Country Product Manager and work together to help grow our presence across 4 markets. This role requires a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset. If you’re passionate about cultural exchange, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at connecting with people (both in-person and on the phone), this opportunity is for you.</p><p>W<strong><u>hat you will do:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Grow our program, taking ownership of sales in your assigned markets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Drive sales by responding to customer needs with energy and enthusiasm, leveraging phone and in-person interactions to achieve conversions</li><li>Expand brand awareness by building partnerships with schools, universities, fairs, and local organizations to increase brand visibility and drive new leads</li><li>Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs</li><li>Provide excellent customer service</li><li>Organize and attend promotional events to engage and grow the au pair community</li><li>Collaborate with our local au pair community to help achieve goals</li><li>Conduct market research, analyze regional needs, and assess competition to create long-term strategies for building brand awareness.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Who you are:</u></strong></p><p><i>Personal qualifications:&nbsp;</i></p><ul><li>You are passionate about sales and making an impact promoting cultural exchange</li><li>You love connecting with people over the phone and in person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our program</li><li>You believe nothing is impossible, and love to find solutions</li><li>You take ownership of your ideas and make them happen</li><li>You are goal-orientated and have good time management</li><li>You love being a part of a supportive team that has fun while hitting goals</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Professional Requirements:&nbsp;</i></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>1+ years of sales experience (both phone &amp; in-person), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Full proficiency in Spanish and English&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to travel and work flexible hours</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Nice to have:</i></p><ul><li>Prior sales experience within the Chile, Ecuador, Panama, or Peru market.</li><li>Experience of working or living abroad for 6+ months</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Ready to join our mission?</strong><br>If you are motivated by the prospect of an international career with a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Please submit your application, including your CV and cover letter in English.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-LV1<br><br>&nbsp;</p>",
