Good hands on experience in configuring firewall policies, VPN access, Intrusion Prevention system (IPS), Intrusion detection system (IDS), Web application firewall.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on enterprise load balancer such as F5</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various security products.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment</span></li><li><p><span></span></p></li></ul><p><span></span></p><ul><li><span></span><span></span></li></ul>",
