    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div style='position: relative; min-height: 1px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; float: left; width: 901.866px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: \"Open Sans\", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; padding-bottom: 20px;' data-pasted=\"true\"><p>The Line Operator 2 serves as the front line of the production operation and is responsible for the basic operations of the extrusion lines and will assist with training new hires in the process. &nbsp;As they continue to expand their knowledge by learning to operate various production lines, the Line Operator 2 works to develop a more in-depth understanding of quality standards. &nbsp;The Line Operator 2 must be knowledgeable of and follow all procedures needed to ensure the proper safe and efficient operation of their production line. &nbsp;Position works under established guidelines and company policy. &nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>Performs basic production duties such as loading cores onto the core table; pulling trim; adjusting roll widths; preparing the finished product by pulling, lifting, labeling, and packaging the finished stretch film rolls, Inspecting the visual quality of the rolls and removing rolls that don&rsquo;t meet established quality standards, has gained a thorough understanding of roll weight computer systems and their use to accurately weigh rolls and/or boxes of finished product; reporting finished products on required documents; cutting and preparing scrap bins for recycling.</li><li>Prepares product for shipping by setting up the skids with required packaging materials, and packing trays or boxes with finished rolls, could involve manually pre-wrapping trays with stretch film before being sent to the automated wrapper or wrapping them by hand depending on plant procedures, moving completed skids through the safe and effective use of manual and electric pallet jacks.</li><li>May begin to train on and perform duties on various lines, rewinders, and other required areas of the production floor to increase knowledge and fulfill staffing needs.</li><li>Trains on quality standards and controls, may begin training to perform quality testing and complete tasks in the quality lab including Shift Testing; completing quality control paperwork accurately following established standards, and reporting quality test results to Management to ensure quality standards are being met.</li><li>Assists with ensuring the line operates continuously, coordinating shift change activities, and notifying Sr. Operators, the Team Manager, or other Management of any issues.</li><li>Assists with training new Line Operators when placed on the production line.</li><li>Maintain housekeeping on the line to ensure a clean work environment; ensure the work area is prepared and ready for shift change.</li><li>Performing any other duties as requested or assigned by Management.</li></ul><p style=\"margin: 0px; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.6;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">* The Salary range is reflective of a Line Operator 1 with Step progression 1 - 13 as required for transparency under the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.</strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0px; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.6;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">SCHEDULE:</strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0px; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.6;\">We now offer 12 Hour Straight Shifts without monthly Rotation, but Shift is subject to availability of open position.</p><p style=\"margin: 0px; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.6;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Shift Hours: Night Shift - 7:00pm - 7:00am</strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0px; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.6;\">Working a 2-2 3 Schedule with every other weekend as a 3-day weekend off.<br>This type of schedule gives you more days off!
