    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\">Kito Crosby is the world leader in the heavy lift and securement industry. &nbsp;We set the standard for quality, training, and technical expertise in the field. &nbsp;It is our goal to exceed the expectations of our customers through technical leadership, innovative solutions, vertically integrated manufacturing, premier use of support, and a value-added distribution channel.</p><p>We are committed to investing in and developing our employees&rsquo; talents and leadership and are currently seeking candidates for this position.</p><p>We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages, 401(k) with company match and 10 paid holidays annually.&nbsp;</p><p>As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing and infrastructure development.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)</strong></p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for building a culture to ensure products are produced to the highest quality standard the first time. &nbsp;Establish and maintain quality control programs for manufacturing to meet the product quality requirements every time*</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Drive a culture of continuous improvement of quality controls including best practices in Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) methods, quality equipment, quality standards and programs. *</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for site quality related KPI&rsquo;s and the associated improvement plans. &nbsp;This includes manufacturing scrap, customer product quality complaints, and root cause corrective action activities. This will be done so by use of Lean Six Sigma tools. *</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Define and document Quality Control plans for maintaining quality of our products during significant manufacturing changes such as new product launch or manufacturing location changes. &nbsp;This would typically be done via ECN and/or MOC activities. &nbsp;The manager will be accountable for VOC as it relates to quality in this process*</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work with Corporate quality and procurement, set the vendor quality control procedures. &nbsp; &nbsp; Supervise, assist and consult in the implementation of the vendor quality control program. &nbsp;This would include supplier audit support, PPAP submission management, vendor quality scoring.</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Consult, direct and assist outside approving agencies in the certification of QA plans, facilities, and products.</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Consult and assist the Group Laboratory in the conformance testing of materials and products for in-house and outside sources.</p><p>8.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, etc. to product quality*</p><p>9.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>This position has direct responsibility for the maintenance of the quality of the company&rsquo;s products available for sale. &nbsp;This position must communicate and influence all levels of management and direct labor in pursuit of this goal*</p><p>10.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Works with Corporate Management, Plant Management, Quality Control, Product Engineering, Legal, Manufacturing, Sales, Warehousing, Industrial Engineering, Purchasing, Laboratory, Maintenance, Customers, Distributors, Vendors, Outside Legal, Testing Entities, Approving Entities, Government Agencies, and Specification Writing Bodies in Quality matters*</p><p><strong>Special Location/Position Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will be housed at the Longview, TX facility. This is an Onsite role.&nbsp;</p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manage the plant Quality Control departments* or</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manage the Quality Control system implementation*</p><p><strong>Job Specifications (Work Experience, Skills, Abilities, etc.)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Has experience changing the factory culture to a &ldquo;stop &amp; fix&rdquo; quality culture.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Has &gt;5 yrs quality or manufacturing experience and &gt;3 yrs experience as QA manager</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proven track record of leading a quality department of inspectors, technicians, and engineers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Has experience in developing, implementing, and sustaining quality programs industrial manufacturing environments. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with ISO9001 QMS and product conformance certifications management (i.e., DNV, ABS, API type approved products).</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Has knowledge/experience in lean, six sigma &amp;/or TPS (Toyota production system).</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Has a 4year degree, preferably in a technical field.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Has career history of promotions with at least one employer. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Has experience in driving change and gaining buy-in from the shop.</p><p><strong>Education Requirements: Appropriate educational background and experience in Quality Assurance &amp; Control.
