    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Role Summary</p>\n<p>We are seeking a world-class Conceptual Product Designer to craft breakthrough AI-native digital experiences. This role is focused on transforming strategic concepts into emotionally compelling, visually sophisticated, and highly usable customer experiences.</p>\n<p>You will partner closely with product strategists and AI specialists to rapidly prototype future-state experiences that move beyond traditional navigation-driven UX patterns into adaptive, intelligent, and personalized interaction models.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can turn emerging AI concepts into polished, visionary product experiences.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities Experience Design &amp; Concept Development</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design next-generation AI-enabled product experiences</li>\n <li>Create future-state concepts, interaction flows, and visual systems</li>\n <li>Translate abstract strategy into tangible customer experiences</li>\n <li>Design agentic, conversational, and adaptive interaction models</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Rapid Prototyping</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop high-fidelity concepts and clickable prototypes</li>\n <li>Create demo-ready experiences for executive reviews and stakeholder storytelling</li>\n <li>Explore multiple creative directions quickly using AI-assisted workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p>AI-Enhanced Design Workflow</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production</li>\n <li>Incorporate prompt-based workflows into design processes</li>\n <li>Experiment with emerging AI design tools and modalities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Product Storytelling</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help communicate transformation narratives visually</li>\n <li>Create before/after experience demonstrations</li>\n <li>Contribute to pitch decks and strategic storytelling assets</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Design Systems &amp; Interaction Innovation</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Simplify overly complex navigation and workflows</li>\n <li>Design for personalization and behavioral intelligence</li>\n <li>Push beyond conventional dashboard-based enterprise UX patterns</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of product design, UX design, or interaction design experience</li>\n <li>Exceptional visual and conceptual design portfolio</li>\n <li>Strong prototyping capabilities (Figma, Framer, Principle, etc.)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated understanding of AI-native experience patterns</li>\n <li>Ability to work rapidly in ambiguous innovation environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience designing AI, fintech, travel, loyalty, or consumer applications</li>\n <li>Motion design or interactive storytelling experience</li>\n <li>Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted design workflows</li>\n <li>Experience working in innovation labs, agencies, or zero-to-one product environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What Success Looks Like</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Produces visionary, modern AI-native experiences</li>\n <li>Rapidly visualizes strategic opportunities</li>\n <li>Elevates product thinking through design craft</li>\n <li>Helps teams imagine entirely new interaction paradigms</li>\n <li>Creates executive-ready concepts that inspire action</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 32,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD 114,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
