This role requires exceptional communication skills, technical understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to build trust while guiding customers through the decision‑making process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Educate homeowners on modern HVAC comfort systems, efficiency options, indoor air quality solutions, and system benefits</li>\n <li>Conduct comfort and safety assessments by asking targeted questions to understand customer needs</li>\n <li>Explain findings and system recommendations in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner.</li>\n <li>Prepare professional HVAC system proposals following company pricing standards and manufacturer guidelines</li>\n <li>Obtain customer approval and signed agreements for recommended systems and services</li>\n <li>Ensure all proposals are accurate, profitable, and aligned with company value and quality standards</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and communication style in all customer interactions</li>\n <li>Conduct follow‑up site visits to ensure satisfaction, installation readiness, and project accuracy</li>\n <li>Maintain contact with customers throughout installation to confirm their expectations are met</li>\n <li>Review project details with the department manager for quality and accuracy</li>\n <li>Communicate system specs, installation details, financing information, and scheduling needs to support staff in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Submit photos, forms, and documentation promptly to ensure projects flow smoothly</li>\n <li>Provide installers with complete job details using written instructions, drawings, photos, and verbal guidance</li>\n <li>Stay in communication with installation teams throughout the job to support a high‑quality installation</li>\n <li>Actively seek referrals from satisfied homeowners</li>\n <li>Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and follow‑ups</li>\n <li>Participate in company sales meetings, HVAC product training, and technical training sessions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to explain HVAC concepts clearly to non‑technical customers.</li>\n <li>Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple appointments.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Previous HVAC or in‑home sales experience is highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Compensation</strong>:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>This position is commission‑only</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Uncapped earnings</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Performance bonuses and spiffs available</strong></li>\n <li>This is a commission‑only sales position.
