          "text": "<p>The PeopleSoft (PS) Compensation Planning Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in PS Compensation module, incl. implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.x implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid &amp; proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge &amp; manage client relationships within context of individual role. Prefer candidates with 9.1 experience,  global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing other PS modules i.e., Payroll, Benefits, Time &amp; Labor, Position Management, Succession Planning. </p><p></p>",
